Chanel

I have been this week at the home of 'Tiny"(madame Labrunie) she is the grandniece of Gabrielle Chanel (Coco) she was nicknamed when she was born, Mlle Chanel said "Oh she's Tiny" her father was the nephew of Mlle Chanel, as his mother(Coco Chanel sister) died when he was quite young Mlle Chanel brought him up like her son. Tiny has so many stories and memorabilia that are amazing from her auntie.
I am working on a book for Flammarion about the intimate life Of Mlle Chanel, its looking really beautiful so far.

Coco Chanel

This week I had a meeting at the Chanel Apt at 31 Rue Cambon in Paris, I will be making a book about the objects of Gabielle Chanel, photographing not only in the apartment and at the house of her adopted grandaughter. This will be the most beautiful book, I am making it with Flammarion and the Editorial director is Suzanne Tise Isore.

British Ambassadors residence in Paris

Again this week I have been at the British Ambassadors residence in Paris, this is really such a beautiful house, I am making a book for Flammarion about the Residence. The Editor of the book is Suzanne Tise Isore, So far the book is going really well I am very happy to do this, I am actually in England when I am there! so that makes me happy....
Also I am working on an advertising photo for Saatchi, this is of the Port Salut cheese, one photograph very precise in a studio all day, I actually do like this, I can still find new and different ways of looking at and doing things

Tome de Bordeaux

I am right in with the goats in Bordeaux photographing a story about
the cheese "tome de Bordeaux" these goats seem very happy, but how do
you tell off they are unhappy.
The magazine is American called "Culture Magazine" and the writer is
Susan Loomis, she wrote a very nice book called "On rue Tatin" she is
an American food writer who lives in France.

England

I am on my way to England, have to set up and test the race bikes
Next week lot of things going on, last chance to do this fir a while

What else, I hope one day I will have a job where I will use only my
telephone not only to make the picture but to retouch and send to the
client, one day.
